Location Description:

From Coleraine take the A29 to Portrush. In Portrush take left at the first roundabout. Take second right, following signs to Portstewart. After 100 yds take Rd to left, just before railway bridge, into Dhu Varren, then left again into Park South & above is first bungalow on left.

Three Star Self Catering

Very comfortable bungalow in excellent decorative order with large fully equipped kitchen/dining area and separate living room with TV and DVD player. WiFi also available. There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin, one bunk plus cot.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and electric shower. Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is an enclosed garden and large patio at the back plus parking for two or three cars at front. The bungalow neighbours a similar property, 3 Dhu Varren Park South, which is also Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved; both are situated in a cul-de-sac meaning there is no through traffic, limiting noise and danger from passing cars.

The house is a five minute walk from West Strand (a long sandy beach with promenade leading to harbour and town centre) and a minute walk to railway halt where you can take a train to Portrush, the university and Coleraine and then on to Londonderry or Belfast and Dublin.

Portrush centre is a leisurely 15 minute walk or a five minute drive and offers many cafes, restaurants, shops and activities for children as well as another beautiful beach on the east of town. Portstewart and many other places of interest and beauty are within easy reach. The bungalow has been used by the owner as a holiday home for several years.

NB. The house next door is owned by the same person and is also available to let. Ideal for larger family gatherings.
