From vibrant music and concerts, to traditional country fairs, exhilarating world class road races as well as great walking, storytelling and maritime festivals - there's something for everyone!

Causeway Archers, Cushendall

St Aloysius Hall, Coast Road, Cushendall. Every Tuesday evening from 7pm - 9pm and Sunday afternoons from 1pm - 3pm

The Club was established in July, 2012 and new members are very welcome.

Rhythm & Rhyme - Ballycastle

Ballycastle Library, Leyland Road, every Wednesday morning from 10am - 10.30 am

Rocking Readers Book Club - Ballycastle

Ballycastle Library, Leyland Road, first Saturday of each month from 11 am - 12 noon


Children have a month to read a book and then join with others in a fun activity about it. Admission free. Children aged 9-11 .

Photography Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition will run from 11th February 2015 to 18th March 2015 at 12pm.
  2. Entry into the competition is free and the #LiveinCCAG must be used.
  3. The task for the photographer is to capture that the Causeway Coast and Glens area is a great place to live and visit. We would welcome in particular, images showing people enjoying the area.
  4. Entries before or after the competition opening and closing dates will not be accepted.
  5. Entrants must be 13 years or over.
  6. The prizes for the competition consist of:
    1. £50 for both juniors  
    2. £100 for seniors
  7. Top entries will be selected through a judge and posted onto Social media for interaction. Social media interaction will be taken into consideration but the winners will be determined by the judge.
  8. Employees related to the competition are not eligible to win any of the competition prizes.
  9. Use of stock or found images will not be accepted and entries will automatically be disqualified. Images being used must be taken within the competition dates.
  10. If photographs submitted do not accurately reflect the task instructions, they may not be considered as a competition entry.
  11. Images must be taken within the new Causeway Coast and Glens Council area.
  12. By posting material and uploading images using the #LiveinCCAG hashtag, you are giving us permission to use them for the purpose of promoting Moyle and the Causeway Coast and Glens both commercially and non-commercially. Our uses will include, but will not be limited to, our websites and those of our partners, advertising campaigns, press features, video content and printed content. By uploading images using the ‘hashtag’ you waive the right to demand a fee for the use of your image.
  13.  Watermarks on images are not advised
  14. Winners will be notified via social media.
  15. No alternative will be awarded in lieu of prize.
  16. If any winners cannot be contacted, then the prize may be forfeited.
  17. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
  18.  We reserve the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event the circumstances make this unavoidable.
  19. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
  20. Moyle District Council accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
  21. The content of all images uploaded to the competition will be reviewed by employees. If any photograph or comments are deemed to be inappropriate, off task or offensive they will be removed immediately. Moyle District Council reserve the right to remove any photograph or comment this is in breach of this term and all decisions are final.
  22. Permission must be granted when using images involving people.
  23. The prize is not in conjunction with any other offer.
  24. By entering this competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

 

Art and Photographic Exhibition

Dunluce Parish Centre, Bushmills. Friday 1st May to Monday 4th May 2015.

The exhibition will open, Friday 1st May 6pm - 9pm

                                       Saturday 2nd May 10am - 4pm

                                       Sunday 3rd May 2pm - 4pm

                                       Monday 4th May 10am- 2pm
