About

This is an attractive second floor apartment, and is thirty metres from the sea with uninterrupted panoramic views of surrounding coastline. It is a two minute walk to the Promenade in Portstewart, and a short drive to the Giant’s Causeway and the beaches.

The apartment has been well furnished with two double bedrooms (one with ensuite), large kitchen / dining area and a bathroom. There are great sea views from the kitchen / dining area (which has two bays and a balcony) and also from the two bedrooms. There is no lift in the apartment block. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment has broadband (no additional charge), and the LCD television has ‘Freeview’ channels.

Prices from £350 during off peak season (October to March and £550 during peak season (July and August).
