A 3 bedroom bungalow in a quiet, mature area of Portrush.

There are 3 bedrooms: two double, (one en suite), and one single. It has a kitchen/diner, one large living room and a family bathroom/shower. There is a garden to the front and a fenced garden to the rear, with large driveway parking to facilitate 6 cars. Set in the development of Magheramenagh, this bungalow is ideal for families, general tourists and golfers.

It has a small shed that can be used to store golf bags and fishing gear. The property is well appointed and maintained, with oil fired central heating and the usual mod cons required for a relaxing break. Wifi is included.

It is situated 4 minutes drive from Portrush Golf Club, 2 minutes from a supermarket and fuel station. Portrush railway station is a 10 minute walk. You are only moments away from the beautiful East and West Strand beaches and the harbour area, which offers an array of fine restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Also, a short drive takes you to the world famous, Giant's Causeway and the magnificent, Antrim Coast.
