The apartment has balcony access from the main living area offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the West Strand beach and beyond. It is located in the block closest to Portrush, making it the most convenient for those wanting to be within walking distance to the town centre. Other features include a superb open plan kitchen with all modern conveniences, as well as a separate dining area which can accommodate up to six people. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one main bathroom and one en-suite). The apartment occupies a corner site and is accessed via a shared central area. The property is located on the first floor (i.e. one above ground) and entry is gained via one flight of central stairs. Lift access is not available. There is off-road parking directly outside the apartment, as well as pedestrian access to the West Strand promenade. The apartment is available on a weekly rental basis. Weekend rentals are available during off-peak times of the year.

• Ease of access to main arterial routes including Portstewart, Bushmills and Coleraine
• The apartment is non-smoking.
• Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for pets.
• The apartment is available on a weekly rental basis. Weekend rentals are available during off-peak times of the year.
