A stunning brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Portrush, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. Close to Giant's Causeway, Dunluce castle, Mussenden Temple and within a short walking distance of various golf courses including Royal Portrush and also within a short walking distance to stunning beaches.

This apartment has been recently decorated and has a stunning view out to sea towards Donegal. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one double with ensuite and large walk in shower and a twin room, both bedrooms have ample storage space. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. A large kitchen/dining/living space give the perfect space for family living with patio doors leading on to a large terrace with sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and large walk in shower, perfect for families. Heating and hot water controls are easily worked with an electric boiler.
