About

Atlantic Way Portrush is a 1940s terrace house in a quiet neighbourhood & has been decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind an 'Irish home from home' where guests are invited to kick off their shoes, sit back and relax.

An energy efficient oil-fired central heating system ensures that the house is warm and cosy; the open Irish turf fires in the reception rooms serve to enhance the atmosphere. Portrush beaches, golf courses & restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

The ground floor accommodation comprises: a cosy sitting room with comfy seating, TV/ DVD, and music system; a dining room with two comfortable chairs beside the fire – the perfect place to enjoy the early morning sunshine. The dining room leads into the kitchen, which includes a range of cooking utensils and a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and detergent. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with black-out roller blinds, deep comfortable mattresses, quality bedding and cosy electric blankets. Hairdryers and towels are available in both rooms. The bathroom has an electric shower with instant hot water, shampoo and shower gel.

Families with children are very welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available on request for infants. Due to the stairs and open fires Atlantic Way is unfortunately not suitable for toddlers.

The house has high speed Wi-Fi access and a selection of books, board games and DVDs are available for guests to use. Atlantic Way Portrush faces South West and has patios, with furniture, to the front and rear. Free car parking is available on the quiet street directly outside the house.

Atlantic Way is easily accessible by bus and train and is the ideal base for visiting the Giant’s Causeway, Bushmills and the surrounding areas. There is a bus stop situated less than a minute's walk from the house.

Atlantic Way is an ideal base for academics/family visiting the nearby Ulster University (less than 4miles) or locums/visitors at Causeway Hospital (7 miles)
