Luxurious, stylish newly built house with all modern conveniences, enclosed large back garden and private parking spaces to front in a child friendly location with views over Portrush Golf Course and East Strand. Just 3 minutes walk to Royal Portrush Golf Club and 5 minutes walk to beach and town.

Ground floor comprises contemporary open plan kitchen and dining facilities to seat 8 people. Living area with electric pebble fire and TV/DVD. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. On the ground floor separate lounge with TV, play station and games, children's toys and board games.

A master bedroom with large ensuite and 3 other double bedrooms. There is a large enclosed garden ideal for games and football with patio and garden furniture. Ideal location for exploring the North Coast attractions.

Welcome pack available on request.

Hiring of golf clubs, bicycles and wetsuits can also be arranged.
