About

The accommodation is a 4 bedroom house over 3 levels. 2 large bedrooms have a King-sized bed and are on-suite. The third bedroom has a double-bed, next to the family bathroom. The fourth bedroom had two single beds.

The ground floor has a large dining kitchen with a double oven gas cooker, dinning area and a further seated area with TV for relaxation. There is access to the patio area. There is a toilet on the ground floor.

The first floor has the living area with TV and a large on-suite bedroom. The second floor has the remaining large on-suite bedroom, a double bedroom and a three bed room. The family bathroom is also situated here.

The accommodation has wi-fi, cable TV, an alarm system and off-street parking. To the rear of the accommodation there is a mature wooded area providing shade from the sun in summer.

The house is in a quiet residential development and is suitable for families, extended families and friends. There is a local 'quiet time' policy in place form 11.00pm to 7.00am. The house is unsuitable for hen parties, stag parties or other party groups.

The house is situated in a quiet area on the edge of Coleraine and is ideal for easy access to Portstewart and Portrush, stunning Causeway Coast attractions such as Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery, and set locations for the Game of Thrones at Ballintoy Harbour and The Dark Hedges. The house is also within travelling distance to many of the other attractions in Northern Ireland and Belfast is an hour away by train.

Other local amenities include the Promenade and strands at Portstewart and Portrush, children’s play park, harbours, beaches and golf courses, and numerous shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a petrol station with shop within a two-minute walk. There is Walking, Hiking, Fishing (shore, beach and sea), Surfing, Boat trips, Diving, Golf, Cycling and Mountain biking locally.

From £180 per night for entire holiday home.
