Modern three bedroom semi-detached fully furnished, tastefully presented house in a popular area in a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeps 5. It contains one ensuite double room, one double and one single room. Oil heating, downstairs toilet, all mod cons- dishwasher,washing machine,tumble-dryer,microwave, WIFI. Small enclosed garden to rear with patio furniture and a Weber BBQ. No pets please. Non-smokers only. Parking area to front and off street, 2 cars maximum. There is a family bathroom with a bath and an electric shower and a toilet and wash-hand basin downstairs. In addition to the living room, there is a lovely open plan kitchen and dining area with a sofa and TV/DVD player.

5 mins drive from the Strand beach, Promenade and local supermarket. 30 minutes from The Giant's Causeway and the Bushmills Distillery.

Entering Portstewart on the A2 Coleraine Road, drive past the Tesco store on the left hand side.Take the next turn on the right into Agherton Road. Travel approx 500m and turn left into Lissadell Avenue.Travel approx 400m and turn right into Millrush Drive.Take the 2nd turning on the left and the house is straight ahead.
