Comfortable twin bedroom (with Wi-Fi) in my home, with sole use of main designer bathroom (with power shower, heated towel rail and freestanding bath) and access to lounge (TV, BluRay, Xbox) and kitchen during your stay. Garden to rear of property with rural views, small firepit and seating. Car parking available at property with garage space for motorcycles or equipment. I am a qualified heritage tour guide and will be living at home. I'll be happy to provide experience recommendations.

The village of Articlave is located on the main Causeway Coastal Route (A2 Coast Road) between Coleraine and Castlerock. The village has two small supermarkets and with petrol stations. There is a Post Office, ATM facility, Off-Licence, Restaurant / Bar, Chip Shop and Chinese Takeaway.

A 30 minute scenic stroll or 10 minute cycle will take you to the beautiful seaside town of Castlerock and the National Trust's beautiful Downhill Demesne and Mussenden Temple. In Castlerock there is access to the Northern Ireland railway system, with trains to Derry~Londonderry and Belfast / Dublin every hour (train in each direction every 30 minutes).

Castlerock beach is a popular spot for walking, surfing, body boarding or a swim in the sea (RNLI Lifeguard Service July and August). The village has a small shop, post office, butchers, chinese restaurant and popular coffee shop.

The market town of Coleraine (with all main services) is just 5 miles away and is best accessed by car, bicycle (off road cycle path the whole way), or public bus.The popular seaside resorts of Portrush and Portstewart are just a 15-20 minutes scenic drive away. The Giant's Causeway and Causeway Coast World Heritage Site and Bushmills Distillery is around 30 minute drive away. Likewise the famous Walled City of Derry is around 40 minutes drive along the Causeway Coastal Route.
