THE ANNEX AT LISSADELL. Internally. Combined Living, Kitchen and Dining room with a three and a two seater leather sofa. Two coffee tables. 32” TV with integral DVD player and a CD player with FM radio

Kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric oven with grill. Four ringed electric hob
Fridge with ice making compartment. Washing machine with combined tumble dryer
Electric kettle. Ironing board and steam iron. Dining area has a table and four chairs

Bedrooms. Each has two single beds with duvet/pillows. Small bedside drawer unit and light. Large chest of drawers with mirror. One wardrobe. Chair. One of the bedrooms has access to the rear patio.

Shower room with a 10.5 Kw electric shower in a large panelled and glass enclosure
WC. WHB with vanity unit. Mirror with light. Towel rail. Extract fan

Generally.
The unit has oil fired central heating with timer control, thermostat and radiator control valves. The unit has an electronic smoke and heat alarm system.

Externally. Parking for two visiting cars. Lockable rear yard. Lockable shed. Large patio table and two benches.
