About

Takeaway food can be ordered at http://crusoes-food.okaychef.co.uk
Crusoes Coffee Shop is situated in the seaside village of Castlerock, on Northern Ireland's scenic Causeway Coast. Opened in 2004, the proprietor Roger Robinson has realised his vision to create a relaxing and homely environment in which people can enjoy great coffee, freshly prepared food and friendly service.

At Crusoes the emphasis is on quality. We have sourced the best of produce, supporting local suppliers. Crusoes' menu is prepared using the finest ingredients with the greatest of care. We use natural and wholesome ingredients creating an exciting range of homemade fare. We are famous for our coffee, hot chocolate and handmade traybakes! We care about our impact on the environment and so recycle all plastic, paper and glass.

A stone's throw from Castlerock's beautiful sandy beach, Crusoes is within walking distance along the coast to Downhill, the Bishop's Gate and the Mussenden Temple. It is also in close proximity to the towns of Coleraine, Limavady and the City of Derry. Crusoes provides the perfect opportunity to stop in the relaxed seaside village of Castlerock for a great coffee shop experience.

Crusoes is located on the first floor of 29 Sea Road above the "Village Butcher".Crusoes, as the name suggests, continues the seaside theme of its surroundings inside, with sailing boat, sea shells, port hole window and even a treasure chest. The coffee shop is a relaxing space, with a contemporary feel, lots of wood, handmade furniture and comfy leather sofas.

Come and listen to the music of Oscar Peterson, Jacques Loussier, Miles Davis, Chet Baker and local musicians Colin Reid and Julie Follis while enjoying a coffee or some lunch.
We host regular evening events which include dinner and live music - contact us at the coffee shop for further details on future events. You can also spot our takeaway sandwiches in local filling stations in the area!

We look forward to serving you soon!
