About
No Jubilee would be complete without some festive bunting! All are welcome to drop-in to our free bunting making sessions which will be taking place at Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre on the 21st and 28th May and in Ballymoney Town Hall on the 18th June.
Have fun exploring a range of textile decoration techniques in bunting-size pieces! There will be an opportunity to try block printing, stencil making, applique and mixed-media collage, hand and machine sewing.
There will be lots of lovely materials to play with, recycled fabrics, sari ribbons, buttons and fabric paints and pencils.
All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Add your distinctive creative style to the mix to create a GIANT bunting!
You will be using glue, scissors, needles and a range of materials. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced.
These fun sessions will result in stitching together communities and buntings to create something lovely for our place and yours!
