OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS on the grounds of
National Trust Glenmona House in the historical village of Cushendun.
SATURDAYS at 10 am. BEGINNERS WELCOME.
£7 for 40 mins approx class.
Mindful Yoga with emphasis on Breath & Relaxation.
Runs weekly every Saturday at 10 am
(class depends on weather & numbers so please register for updates. )
Can provide mats if needed.
Opposite the beach.
