Bushmills Townhouse is delighted to introduce a new series of Italian Regional Tasting Dinners, offering a unique culinary journey through Italy's most celebrated regions. Each event will showcase a six-course tasting menu, expertly paired with wines, focusing on the flavours and ingredients that define a particular region.
The first event in the series is the Romagna Tasting Dinner on Friday, 15th November. Located in Northern Italy, Romagna is renowned for its world-famous Parmigiano, Prosciutto di Parma, and Balsamic Vinegar, which will feature in the menu alongside the finest local produce from Northern Ireland. Tickets are £69 per person, with wine pairings available for £30 per person.
Reservations can be made online by selecting 15th November and choosing the Tasting Night option, then following the steps. Alternatively, tickets can be booked by telephone during opening hours.
