Elephant Rock Hotel are excited to announce a two day kitchen takeover by the world-class seafood chef, Stephane Delourme, this September.

The Frenchman, who hails from Brittany, was the Head Chef and Group Chef for Rick Stein at his flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow Cornwall for 25 years.

Stephane, who left Stein's and has since set up 'Stephane Delourme's Gastronomic Adventure', is travelling the world bringing his food closer to people through chef residencies, private dining, pop ups and team takeovers. Having recently visited the Causeway Coast on The Celtic Connection Tour, the team at Elephant Rock Hotel fell in love with his passion for seafood, people and culture.

This renowned chef will be showcasing his exquisite skills, crafting delectable dishes straight from the sea to your plate using seasonal ingredients from right here on the Causeway. This is going to be a coastal dining experience like no other!
