Anna Higham, renowned pastry chef and cookbook author is coming to Ballycastle to cook up a feast for you with Ursa Minor.
Anna will join Ciara in the bakery to curate an evening of sweet bakes using beautiful local produce. Communal dining BYOB.
Anna was most recently working as the Executive Pastry Chef of The River Café, following an influential run as Head Pastry Chef at Lyle's. Her beautiful book, The Last Bite, was published this year to huge critical acclaim and focuses on Anna's love for seasonal ingredients.
