The 2023 Tournament kicks off on Sunday 23rd July with the Welcoming Ceremony in Coleraine and Finals Day on Friday 28th July when venues across the Causeway Coast & Glens, Mid and East Antrim and Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council areas will play host to the Finals of the various Competitions in the Tournament.

First run in 1983, the SuperCupNI has achieved a world-wide reputation as one of the foremost international youth tournaments in the World. It attracts an average of 50,000 visitors, up to 2,500 participants annually.

In total there will be a four team Elite Challenge tournament, three male age groups and two female age groups for 2023 and thousands of young people, families, friends and football fans from all over the world descending upon Northern Ireland full of anticipation for the Giant 40th Anniversary SuperCupNI experience. A week of huge benefits for the tourism industry of NI and a week of dreams becoming reality for many players as they lift the tournament cups on finals day.

The male section will consist of three age groups; U13, U14, and U16 and the female competition will have two sections, under 14 and under 16. In addition, the Elite Challenge will host four Premier League teams, the largest ever Elite section, which is expected to be big draw for fans, as well as a good revenue source. To celebrate the 40th anniversary, some big names in the football world are expected to visit Northern Ireland.
