On 16th March, spend a relaxing morning in the coastal resort of Portstewart, where ceramicist Fiona Shannon, a resident in Flowerfield Arts Centre, creates tableware inspired by the Wild Atlantic coastline. Watch potter Babs Belshaw at work as you pause for a homemade bake in the cafe at Blackheath Pottery near Coleraine.

On 23rd March, pay a visit to potter Adam Frew who throws functional and one-off pots at his converted barn studio in rural Aghadowey, before journeying to the market town of Coleraine, where you can lose yourself in the treasures at Stone Row Artisans, a collective of talented designer-makers and artisans. In neighbouring Portrush, don't forget to visit nearby Frankie Creith Arts, a gallery displaying mixed media works.

Then head back inland to the village of Bushmills to visit The Designerie Collective, a social enterprise supporting more than 90 local creative designer-makers. Journey on towards the renowned Giant's Causeway where, nearby, you'll find The Boat House Gallery - a treasure trove of locally crafted pieces. The final stop if located close by, and just a short drive away you'll find Patricia Millar, a passionate expert potter who specalises in the art of barrel firing ceramics, using the earth and natural materials to add a unique finish to lovingly-crafted clay masterpieces.
