Sam Henry, born in Coleraine in 1878, is best known as a folklorist and recognised for his ‘Songs of the People’ series that ran in the Northern Constitution newspaper.

The exhibition features a wide variety of objects from the Sam Henry collection. Discover more about his life as a folklorist, writer, lecturer, genealogist, broadcaster, photographer, and much more.

The exhibition features work by local community groups from across the Borough, who created fantastic pieces inspired by his archive.
