This luxury 3 bedroom home sleeps 6. An easy walk to the Promenade, Blue Flag Beach and golf courses. We are less than a 10 minute walk to the Promenade and to the coastal walk leading to the Beach.

Our home is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with comfortable settee and armchairs. A well-equipped modern kitchen. Two good sized double bedrooms and 1 single with sturdy bunk beds with full sized single mattreses. If you should want a 'quiet' night in, there is a variety of games to challenge you, whilst listening to music on our HiFi system. A garage for storage of wetsuits, surfboards; fishing nets, buckets, spades, windbreaker, garden seats are all available. Private parking for 2 cars.

We are in a quiet residential area; we have fully enclosed side and rear gardens with patio furniture. It is a 6 minute walk to Portstewart Promenade where you will find a variety of nice shops, children's play area and coastal path. Grocer shop is a 4 minute walk down the road or Tesco supermarket 2-3 minute drive up the road. Blue flag beach - 3 minute drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Home of Morelli’s world famous ice cream, many other brands available.

This holiday accommodation is perfectly situated to enjoy the many attractions of the North Coast, Coastal walks https://walkni.com/walks/causeway-coast-way/, drive round the Causeway Coastal Route (don’t forget to stop and look around), County Donegal, Derry/Londonderry, Glens of Antrim, Giant’s Causeway, Game of Thrones locations at every turn, Titanic Belfast 1.3 hours away. I am sure you will have done your research and you will know that Portstewart has it all or close to all.
