8 Ferndale Avenue is a superb four bedroom bungalow, perfect for relaxing family holidays.

Situated within walking distance to one of NI most stunning, blue flags beaches, the spacious accommodation also offers a private enclosed garden, patio area and furniture. The rear benefits from a sea view across the bay to Donegal and enjoys sunshine all day and into the evening, perfect for barbecuing.

The accommodation boasts two double rooms and two single rooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has been recently updated and extends into a dining area. All modern conveniences such as microwave and dishwasher are included to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The large living room comfortable for six adults and include a flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR.

A child's high chair and buggy can also be included for a small additional fee.

The premises also have WiFi, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an outside drying room.

This property is ideal for golfers, walker and families alike. Off road parking is available for one-two cars with more space available on the road directly outside the property.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets and the house is non smoking inside.
