The Porthouse is a stylish well-appointed 5 bedroom end townhouse perfect for families. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Millstone development, in close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and promenade.

This excellent spacious property has accommodation over three floors. The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, dining kitchen with French doors opening onto a secure paved patio and garden, WC and an integral garage with a fitted utility including sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor accommodation includes a lounge with feature fire, French doors and Juliette balcony plus 2 double bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The second floor has a further 3 double bedrooms and a family sized bathroom with shower.
