‍Kundalini Yoga Picnic Retreat – A Summer Reset on the North Coast
Saturday 9th August 2025 | 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Portballintrae Village Hall | Tickets: £108 (includes all sessions, picnic, drinks + donation to RNLI)

This summer, you're invited to pause, reconnect, and support a beautiful cause — all in one soul-nourishing day.

Local yoga teacher and holistic therapist Jennifer Greenlees is hosting a very special Kundalini Yoga Picnic Retreat in the stunning seaside village of Portballintrae. Set against the backdrop of the North Coast and just a short walk from the Giant's Causeway, this event blends Kundalini yoga, bodyrolling, meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation, all guided in Jennifer's signature nurturing and grounded style.

Guests will enjoy a nourishing plant-based picnic, herbal drinks, and a calming, uplifting afternoon of movement and rest. Weather permitting, there'll be a guided breath walk to the Giant's Causeway and the option to dip in the sea or paddleboard, taking full advantage of the breathtaking location.

The retreat is also a fundraiser to help Jennifer complete a challenge she's been working on for several years: paddleboarding around the entire island of Ireland. So far, she's raised over £10,000 — including £6,000 for Marie Curie and cancer support charities, and £4,000 for the RNLI, who help keep paddleboarders like her safe on the water.

£20 from each ticket will be donated to the RNLI, with the rest supporting her final stretch of the journey — covering travel, accommodation, and safety logistics.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, this is a chance to experience the healing power of yoga, nature, community — and purpose.
