About
The longest day has come, meaning that summer has only just begun... June opens the doors to summer, and what better way to welcome the new season and the brighter days ahead than with an early morning ramble along the Causeway cliffs!
On Sunday 22 June at 6:30am, venture off with Nature Engagement Officer, Dr Cliff Henry and start your simmer with an unforgettable morning immersed in nature along the magnificent Causeway cliffs. Marvel at nesting fulmars up close, watch gannets diving for their breakfast and listen to the melodic call of skylarks, serenading you on your GIANT adventure.
With a bit of luck, you might just catch a glimpse of a speedy stoat clambering over the columns or spot a common lizard soaking up the sun; all whilst learning about the incredible biodiversity of Northern Ireland's first UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Finish off the morning with a delicious, top-notch breakfast in the Causeway Hotel at 9am. And...be sure to explore the Visitor Centre before heading home! Explore the exhibition and interpretation area, browse the retail area and pick up a sweet treat within the café.
Spaces on this event are limited. Pre-booking via the official Giant's Causeway website is essential. Ticket = £25 per person
