About

The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a family bathroom upstairs. A twin bedroom and a separate toilet/sower room downstairs. There is a large comfortable living room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with patio doors to an enclosed rear garden and patio area. Utility room, secure garage/drying room, ideal for storing motorbikes, bicycles, golf clubs and hanging and drying wetsuits etc.

There is access from the rear garden to a large public green suitable for ball games etc. There is an enclosed front garden and off road parking for 2-3 cars. There is an open log fire to enjoy during the winter months.

It is only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach, Golf Club or to the beautiful promenade and all the coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
