On the first floor there is access to the comfortable living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath & electric shower.

From the living area there is access to the balcony through the patio doors near the dining area. On the top floor there are two spacious bedrooms both with double beds, one with ensuite facilities.

There is oil fired heating throughout, the kitchen has all mod cons including microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine and fridge freezer. The living area has a flatscreen TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is also a small garden to the rear.

The apartment is convenient to many of the areas attractions and places of interest, and within walking distance of Portstewart’s West Strand beach, through to the coastal path from Portstewart to Portrush. There is also of course the world renowned numerous golf courses nearby.

Please note the apartment is accessed from the front door up one flight of stairs. The property meets all fire and safety standards and is maintained to a high standard.

No hen/stag parties, over 25 year olds only. No smoking or pets allowed. No noise after 23:00 (residential area). Check in time is 15:00 and check out is 11:00.

£100 deposit required to secure your holiday. The total rent payable in June is £597 p/wk (£85 per night) 5 night min stay. Weekly bookings only in July and August is £637 p/wk (£89 per night) except during July fortnight (price on request). Balance and damage deposit of £100 is due to be paid one month before the holiday start date. If cancelled and another customer books your selected week, we will return your deposit. If the week is not booked then the deposit will be forfeited.
