Spacious, semi-detached house with stunning sea views, finished to a high specification. WiFi throughout. Three of the top five Links Golf Courses in Northern Ireland are within 20 minutes drive. Variety of coastal walks from the house. Portstewart Promenade and great award winning local restaurants within easy walking distance.

The property comprises of two spacious reception rooms, kitchen with range cooker, large drying rooms, downstairs toilet. Upstairs, two bathrooms, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with a sea view. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a sea view. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 double and 1 single bed.

Private off road parking for 4 cars. To the back of the house there is a private patio. Storage for bicycles, golf and fishing gear.

No pets and no smoking.
