About

CláraTide is a wellness retreat on the North Coast of Ireland, designed to help guests relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with nature, with themselves and with what truly matters.

Set in a peaceful coastal setting, CláraTide offers two restorative days to reconnect with yourself through yoga, forest bathing, sea dips, mindfulness, breathwork and nourishing wholefood cuisine.

With small groups, personalised guidance, and space to simply be, every part of the retreat is designed to support your return to balance, clarity, calm and a deeper connection with what truly matters.

CláraTide was founded by Amanda and Shauna, two women connected to nature and a shared vision to create a place for deep restoration.
