For years, the Bushmills Salmon and Whiskey Festival celebrated the food, drink and hospitality that make this corner of the Causeway Coast & Glens so special. Now, that story continues with the introduction of The Giant Table.

The Giant Table is an invitation to gather, discover new tastes, and take part in a celebration of food, drink, music and culture inspired by the flavours and spirit of the Causeway Coast and Glens. Highlights:
Supper Club at Tartine – Friday 2^nd October

Tartine at Distillers arms in collaboration with Chef Robert Curley and the Slemish Market Supper Club. An unforgettable dining experience celebrating local ingredients and exceptional hospitality.

Visitor Information Centre – Explore a variety of local culinary flavours with taste samplings at Bushmills Visitor Centre

The Courthouse – a hive of activity over 3 floors featuring chef demos, live music and an opportunity to meet the Creatives in Residence.

Far & Wild Kayaking / Foraging & Ring Fort Walks:

KAYAK TOURS AND COASTAL ECOLOGY - The kayak tours will be a relaxing and fun way to explore the coastal environs of Portballintrae. Including an insight into coastal habitat for plant and animal life, the kayak tours of the harbour and beyond will allow people to experience the waters for the iconic north Antrim coastline with its volcanic and chalk-coloured cliffs. The tours take place in double sea kayaks and are suitable for people with a general good level of fitness aged 12-75! Children must be accompanied on the tour by a parent/guardian

FORAGED FOODS AND THE LOCAL LANDSCAPE - Based in and around the historic Lissanduff Earthworks, this foraged foods demonstration and talk is open to all members for the public with pre-bookable places to help prep a foraged lunch. Drawing on the local landscape and the history of our ancestors gathering wild foods, this event will provide an insight into the do's and don't of seasonal foraging in the North West of Ireland.
