The Our Town is Open event kicks off on Wednesday 16th July, with our compere taking to the stage to introduce each act for the day.
- Eoghan Quigg is a Northern Irish singer who rose to fame as a finalist on The X Factor in 2008, sparking national popularity across the UK with his powerful voice and character. Since then, he’s built a successful career as a performer, radio presenter and frontman of his live events band, The Housem8s. Known for his energetic stage presence and wide-ranging setlist of crowd-pleasing hits, Eoghan delivers unforgettable entertainment for weddings, parties and special events. Whether you remember him from TV or are seeing him live for the first time, Eoghan Quigg guarantees a night full of music, energy and fun.
- Innova Irish Dance Company is a world-class performance troupe blending traditional Irish dance with modern flair. Featured on Britain’s Got Talent, they became semi-finalists due to their powerful rhythms, innovative choreography and dynamic stage presence. Based in Portstewart, Northern Ireland, Innova brings a fresh, contemporary twist to Irish dance, making them a standout act for events of all kinds. - Matthew Crampsey is a talented singer-songwriter hailing from Derry~Londonderry, blending musical heritage with contemporary flair. Son of renowned folk artist Shunie Crampsey, he began playing guitar at age 10 and performing by 15. A graduate of Leeds College of Music, Matthew has released heartfelt originals like “What a Time to Be Alive” and “Home.” Since 2022, he's been the frontman of Nathan Carter’s band Ceol, delighting audiences with uplifting folk pop live shows. The celebrations continue with more live music, and the team from Stendhal Festival will be bringing along their own line-up of homegrown talent to the Kerr Street Green stage!
- Ciara Butcher and Greg Doone are a local singer songwriter duo from Portrush who blend their powerful vocals and deliver captivating performances. Known for their chemistry and versatile music styles, they bring unforgettable energy to every event. Ciara and Greg deliver heartfelt songs and lively entertainment that audiences love.
- Ben Traill is a talented singer-songwriter from Claudy, Northern Ireland. Known for his emotive vocals and heartfelt lyrics, he captivates audiences with his acoustic performances. Ben's music blends elements of folk and pop, creating a unique sound that resonates deeply with listeners. He has been featured on platforms like Shazam and SoundCloud, where his tracks such as "Philosophy," "Gold" and "For a Day" have garnered attention and great publicity. Ben Trail delivers an authentic and memorable musical experience that showcases his passion and dedication to his performing.
- Sarah Carson, a local country music singer from Ballymoney, Northern Ireland, has captivated audiences with her powerful vocals and engaging stage presence. Performing at local events such as the Ballymoney Spring Fair, where she performed alongside other notable artists. Sarah's performances showcase her passion for country music and her dedication to entertaining her community.
- Stendhal’s children’s disco at The Open Live Stage in Portrush bursts with vibrant fun with colourful lights, upbeat tunes fill the air and little ones dance freely. Inspired by the local music and arts festival, expect sing-alongs, creative choreography, and infectious energy tailored for all ages.
- Stendhal Festival is Northern Ireland’s largest independent music and arts festival, celebrating its 15th year in 2025. Held annually at Ballymully Cottage Farm near Limavady, it offers a vibrant mix of live music, comedy, visual arts and family-friendly activities. Various acts showcasing local talent will be playing on The Live Stage after the festival which takes place at the start of July. - Hailing from Ballycastle, these local performers are dedicated to reviving the ancient pagan tradition of mumming on the Causeway Coast. Expect a lively performance with ancient Irish folk theatre and storytelling, with memorable costumes and engaging performances. Tap your foot along to jigs and reels played on fiddle, flute, whistle and guitar from the Causeway Mummers at this exciting theatrical experience.
- The Causeway Shantymen are based on the Causeway Coast and are renowned for bringing their sea shanties, maritime songs and sense of fun to the stage with rich harmonies and lively energy. Their performances celebrate seafaring history, creating a fun and memorable atmosphere. Known for their casual appearances, they will pop up throughout this time and start their shanties to get the crowd going and have them stompin’ and howlin’ by the second shanty!
- Based in Limavady, this talented big band delivers vibrant performances featuring classic jazz, swing, and contemporary tunes. With skilled musicians and dynamic arrangements, they bring energy and sophistication with their lively sound and engaging presence to create unforgettable musical experiences for all audiences.
- Polar Bolero is an intriguing Alt Folk band with a unique musical style. Their original songs offer an immersive experience for their audience, exploring elements of Folk, Jazz, and Trad, resulting in spacious, cinematic sounds with vocals that exude a mature depth beyond their years. A six-piece alternative folk band from Derry~Londonderry, Polar Bolero weave together elements to create a sound that is both cinematic and deeply evocative. Known for their immersive live performances, the band has quickly made a name for themselves, winning the public vote for "Live Act of the Year" at the NI Music Awards 2023.
- Anna’s Number, a five piece alt pop band from Belfast, delivering dynamic live performances with their inventive setlist spanning 60s rock ’n’ roll, 70s funk/soul classics and viral TikTok hits. From street busking roots to selling out Limelight and headlining Ulster Hall, they guarantee unforgettable energy. Anna's Number will take an interval while the aerial displays soar above Portrush's skies, before resuming their set from 10:15pm.
- The Calidus Autogyro Warm-Up Act kicks off the Portrush aerial displays with a unique fanfare. Piloted by experts, this compact gyroplane delivers a blend of graceful slow-flight manoeuvres and surprising agility, offering an intimate, low-altitude spectacle that warms the crowd for the high-octane acts to follow. The Airborne Pyrotechnics Display Team lights up over West Bay. Flying Grob 109 gliders equipped with pyrotechnics, the pilots combine precise aerobatics with dazzling bursts of light resulting in a stunning, unforgettable sky show.
Saturday 19th July

The entertainment continues while the Championship approaches the final. Expect a busy day in Portrush as the excitement builds!
- Iconic Street Dance, based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, is a dynamic dance school offering classes in street and lyrical dance for all ages. With over 15 years of combined teaching experience, they have choreographed more than 400 routines to date. Their dedication to creativity and passion has led to remarkable achievements, including winning the golden buzzer at the Dance Inspirations UK and Ireland National Dance Competition, propelling them to the finals in Blackpool. Their ethos focuses on building self-esteem and promoting mental health through dance, providing a supportive environment for young dancers to thrive.
- Cahir and Pearse from Polar Bolero bring vibrant vocals and skilled instrumentation to every performance. Their versatile setlist covers a range of genres, creating a lively atmosphere with their top hits. Known for their high energy, they promise a memorable and dynamic live music experience.
- Tóg Go Bog É is a lively traditional Irish music group known for their spirited performances and rich instrumentation. Hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland, they captivate audiences with energetic reels, jigs and ballads.
- Sarah Carson is a talented country music singer from Ballymoney, Northern Ireland. It's final day at Portrush. Don't have tickets? That's OK, there's plenty happening in the town centre to keep you entertained, so come along and soak up the atmosphere.
- The Mulholland Sisters, Molly and Ruby from Glengormley, are a talented musical duo known for their heartfelt performances. They gained significant attention when they were invited to perform a cover of Noah Kahan's 'Stick Season' for Ed Sheeran and Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody at the Oh Yeah Music Centre in Belfast . This impromptu performance led to a memorable experience, with both artists praising their musical abilities. The sisters have been active in the Northern Ireland music scene, performing at various venues and events, showcasing their passion for music and connecting with audiences.
- Nemesis Cheer and Dance, based in Coleraine, is the only dedicated cheerleading club on Northern Ireland’s North Coast. Established in 2020, the club offers cheerleading, dance, and tumbling classes for ages 2 to adult. Nemesis athletes have achieved notable success, including multiple first-place finishes at regional and national competitions such as the Celtic Spirit in Galway and the ICE Frost Fest in Antrim. Their commitment to fostering community and athletic growth makes them a standout in the local sports scene.
- Hailing from Portstewart, the Ropey Brothers deliver soulful acoustic renditions and vibrant folk covers. With rich sibling harmonies and expert instrumentals, their setlist spans timeless classics and heartfelt originals. Enjoy their warmth, character and musical flair!
- Tóg Go Bog É is a lively traditional Irish music group known for their spirited performances and rich instrumentation. Hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland, they captivate audiences with energetic reels, jigs and ballads.
- Larissa Fleck from Ballycastle excels in both Irish dance and music. A national champion in Festival Irish dancing and harp, she began with Innova Irish Dance at age seven. Now studying medicine, she continues to perform and inspire with talent and dedication. Enjoy Larissa’s harp performance and the traditional music of the area.
