14 Peninsula Apartment is a modern, comfortable, centrally located second floor apartment with a south facing aspect over a large communal roof garden.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one kingsize bed & two single beds). The bathroom is fitted with a power shower above the bath and standard WC and basin. The open plan kitchen/lounge is linked by a breakfast bar casual dining area, with south facing views over the rooftop garden terrace.

The apartment is fully fitted with all mod cons: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, 40" TV with Freeview, Wifi. Juliet balcony door opens from the living area over the rooftop garden terrace.

This is a quiet second floor apartment with stairs and lift access. It is situated in a prime location within the popular north coast town of Portrush, minutes walk to the town's beaches, restaurants, shops, harbour, golf courses and local transport links.

Dedicated secure off street car parking space for one vehicle is available within the complex.
