The Strand beach, Portstewart golf club, the Promenade (less than a mile away) and Tesco Supermarket is all within a 5 minute drive.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 couples sharing or a family, offering two generous sized double bedrooms (en suite is King Size with the second bedroom a choice of Twin or King Size bed); There is also a king size sofa bed in the living area and a main bathroom.
All mod cons including dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, coffee machine, etc. all kitchen utensils and washing products supplied.
Gas central heating and instant hot water, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living area with all freeview channels, free WiFi and two free off road car parking bays for two vehicles.
Minimum weekly bookings July and August from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter bookings available outside these dates.
