Serving the Giant's Causeway Coast, this award winning Northern Ireland accommodation, sits in a stunning location on the Downhill / Benone beach by Mussenden Temple. A beautifully restored Victorian home, Downhill Beachhouse features rooms for families, couples and individual travelers and accepts exclusive use group bookings for private parties.

Facilities include
-a spacious well equipped kitchen,
-dining room and living rooms overlooking the ocean,
-garden with picnic and BBQ areas,
-laundry facilities,
-internet access

The 9 bedrooms range in size:
-6 double rooms (single beds and travel cots can be added for families)
-one 4 bed dormitory style room
-two 7 bed dormitory style rooms

The house is set up for outdoor activities, with wetsuit and body board rental available on site and strong connections to local activity providers. The Beachhouse is also an excellent resource for arts and craft activities. With a professional potter in residence, Downhill Beachhouse is very involved with the local arts community, hosting workshops and exhibitions and sponsoring artist residencies.

Downhill Beachhouse is open all year and may also be rented for sole use for private parties, family reunions, small conferences, and retreats. Catering can be arranged for groups by request.
