Bedroom 2 - Double bed, open plan wardrobe, small storage unit, USB ports at each side of the bed. One large mirror. Direct access to the main bathroom which can be utilised as a personal en-suite.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed, with Smart TV with Freeview and usual apps (e.g. Netflix). Open plan wardrobe and storage unit.

Family Bathroom - with bath, separate shower, basin, WC and bluetooth speaker mirror. Electric heated mirror. This large bathroom can be used as a personal en-suite for bedroom two as mentioned above. 

First Floor

Spacious open plan Kitchen/diner and living area. 

Kitchen – equipped with all modern appliances including an electric oven, grill, microwave, induction hob, coffee pod machine, large fridge/ freezer, quooker boiling water tap and ten bottle wine fridge. Dishwasher and Washing machine/dryer are neatly integrated into the kitchen.

Dining - wood and slate top dining table with 4 chairs (can seat up to 6 people using the extra chairs that are available).

Living area - there are two large 3-seat sofas and 1 armchair, Smart TV with all the usual apps including Netflix and Sky Sports and Roberts digital radio.

Deck - double patio doors leading to spacious deck, ideal for entertaining and dining with large dining table and chairs for up to 6 people.

Outside

Medium-size private rear garden with lawn. corner flower bed and patio area.

Patio chairs and table on the ground patio with Weber charcoal barbeque.

7kw electric car charger. Parking on driveway to front for two cars,
