Situated 1.3 miles from Portstewart Strand and golf club and a short drive to the famous Royal Portrush (host of The 148th Open in 2019). Portstewart Promenade, cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

This property is Tourism NI Certified and it is hoped that guests will feel at home using the facilities.

The property boasts an open plan living/dining area with patio doors to a secluded outside area.

Kitchen facilities include; oven, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine/tumble dryer is located in the utility rooms with a downstairs WC for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a daybed, which converts into a double.

There are TV’s in the living room and the master bedroom. Super-fast Wi-Fi is installed. There is gas central heating and secure off street parking.
