The house has recently been redecorated and it is very clean and comfortable. The lounge diner provides a good space for everyone to be together and the glass door from the dining room to the kitchen ensures no-one feels left out.
The house has a good sized, enclosed rear garden - and there is a picnic table in the rear garden which guests can use to eat outdoors. The front garden gets the evening sun - amazing views and amazing sunsets and guests are able to sit out and watch the sun go down.
There is a key-safe so guests can check-in at a time that suits them. I live locally and I am available to answer any questions my guests may have.
There is a Spar (convenience/grocery store) and a range of eating places less than 10 minutes walk away. Coleraine Marina is just up the road and The Crannagh Complex with its Activity Centre, Coffee shop and Bistro are 2 mins drive away. Portrush and Portstewart are less than 5 miles away, and there are local buses which stop within a few minutes walk of the house.
Please note - the bed in the smallest room is a small double - I.e. it is only 4 ft wide - 6 inches less than a standard double Read Less
