About

Discover Luxury Sustainable Accomodation on the Causeway Coast.

For a getaway like no other...

The Perch is a luxurious private retreat, outside Portrush on an elevated site of the beautiful North Coast. Their emphasis is on sustainable luxury with a view. Indulge in panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Portrush, Coleraine, Castlerock, Donegal and the most northerly part of Ireland, Inishtrahull Island. The Perch is a magnificent place to watch the sunset, stargaze or, if you're lucky, catch a glimpse of the northern lights.

The Perch overlooks its own lake where you can enjoy watching a wonderful variety of wildlife. The property is ideally situated for those exploring the outstanding beauty of the North Coast and beyond. Each Perch is a unique experience blending self-catering accommodation with the luxury you would expect from a hotel. The accommodation is 100% electric, powered by their own renewable energy, and all water is from their own spring water source.

The Perch provides two distinct experiences; a "Tiny House" (max occupancy 4) or a "Studio" (max occupancy 2). Each Perch as standard features super king beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchenette. Every Perch has a private balcony with hot tub, ideal for admiring the panoramic views.
