Right by the coast path on Portrush West Bay, with uninterrupted views of the sea and across the bay to the harbour, this comfortable 3 bedroom family house accommodates 5 people.

The house is within 3 minutes walk to the beach, a 10 minute stroll along the beach or prom to Portrush Harbour and town and a one hour walk to Portstewart along the coast path. It is a comfortable house in a peaceful spot with easy access to the bars, restaurants, cafes and activities of Portrush, Portstewart and the many lovely places to the east and west along the North Antrim coast. A perfect base for walking, golfing, swimming and water sports and just relaxing in the garden or front room taking in the view. 

The house, which is a semi-detached bungalow, set at the top of a small slope onto the coast path, has on open plan living room / dining room for 6 with a well equipped kitchen, (expresso machine, cafetière, plenty of crockery and pots and pans).The front room provides beautiful views across the bay and out to sea. The house is on one level, access has 2 steps, with a grab rail. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and one a small double. 

Step out of the front garden onto the coastal path.

Road Directions

Black Rock Road, off the Portstewart Road on the way out of Portrush along the coast. *Google maps or SatNav are unlikely to take you to the correct part of Black Rock Road. Drive out of Portrush towards Portstewart along the coast road and under the railway bridge at Dhu Varren Halt. You will see the last two buildings of Portrush on the right/ seaward side, one a pastel/creamy coloured apartment block and one a big white house. Drive down the lane between these houses.

Public Transport Directions

Bus stops at the top of the lane towards Portrush or Portstewart.

Dhu Varren Halt train to Coleraine, 5 minutes walk.
