About

Around the Table with Whoosh is an immersive dining experience for up to 20 guests, celebrating local ingredients through the flavours and  techniques of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine.

Guests will gather around a shared table and enjoy a specially curated multi-course menu showcasing ingredients sourced from local producers across the Causeway Coast and Glens area. Each course will explore how familiar local ingredients can be transformed through Southeast Asian-inspired cooking, creating unexpected flavour combinations and memorable dining experiences.

The evening will include introductions to the ingredients, the producers behind them, and the inspiration behind each dish. A special dessert collaboration with a local food producer and fellow Taste Causeway member will further highlight the quality and diversity of the region’s food and drink offering.

Designed to encourage conversation, discovery and connection, this experience brings together local provenance, culinary creativity and cultural
influences in a unique and engaging format that visitors cannot experience through a standard restaurant meal.

Cost £45 per person. Further info and booking will be available on www.eatwhoosh.com
