What are the Opening Times?
On Saturday, for the Taste Trail, local cafes & restaurants will serve dishes from 9.30am – 11pm.
The Outdoor Street Foodie Festival runs from 12pm – 5pm on Sunday.
When do the cookery demonstrations commence?
On Saturday, Celebrity Chef Paula McIntyre will delight and inspire us with Cookery demonstrations starting at 12 noon in the grounds of Sharvagh House.
On Sunday, there will be a showcase of local chef demonstrations at Sharvagh House from 12.30pm. Paula McIntyre will also be cooking up a storm on Main Street from 12.30pm.
Is the Festival child friendly?
There will be plenty of activities in Millennium Park on Sunday for children to enjoy, such as a Falconry display and Binevenagh Bushcraft activities. Themed stilt walkers will also be roaming the streets and they can try their hand at some crafts on Main Street.
The cookery demonstrations will also inspire older children to create their own culinary masterpieces.
Quiet Time for Kids with additional needs
On Sunday a quiet session will be held in Millennium Park from 11am.
Will there be disabled toilets / changing facilities?
There will be an Accessoloo facility available at Main Street car park. Other toilets are available at Dundarave and Main Street car park.
What do I need to book?
Prebooking is advisable for the Bushmills Whiskey Tastings from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday (Over 18’s only).
The Coast & Countryside Tour with Wendy Gallagher on Friday can be pre-booked via the website.
Crafty Floral Workshops in the Community Garden on Friday can also be pre-booked directly through the Courthouse Programme.
Can I bring my dog?
On Sunday it is an open-air street festival so dogs would be permitted on a lead.
Can I buy any alcohol?
Alcohol cannot be sold by the Artisan market traders; however, some may provide samples.
Bushmills Distillery has an amazing retail area to buy all your necessary drinks!
You can also visit local bars and restaurants where you can buy a drink!
Are there any admission charges?
The festival is free except for Saturday's Taste Trail dishes in each establishment.
Parking
Parking is available on town centre streets and at Dundarave Carpark.
Bushmills Presbyterian Church is also available for parking from 1pm both days.
Bushmills Distillery car park is available on Saturday & Sunday.
Main Street Car Park is available on Saturday only.
Dunluce School car park is also available from 9am-5pm on both Saturday & Sunday.
