Step inside the charming and historic setting of the Bistro at the Courthouse in Bushmills and enjoy a hands-on cookery experience designed for both enthusiastic beginners and budding bread makers. This Sourdough Cookery Workshop invites you to uncover the timeless craft of sourdough baking in a relaxed, friendly, and expertly guided environment. Across this immersive session, you will learn the full journey of sourdough creation—from nurturing a live starter to mixing, shaping, and preparing beautiful loaves ready for baking. The Bistro's experienced baker will guide you through each stage, explaining the science behind fermentation, offering tips to build confidence, and demonstrating the techniques needed to achieve that perfect crust and airy crumb.
