About

Headlining the third episode of the 2025 series of intimate sunset concerts at Mussenden Temple is ARCO STRING QUARTET.

Specialising in genre-defying performances, their Vox Set session will be a cliff-side celebration of Radiohead's The Bends on the legendary record's 30th anniversary.

"This will take you to the extremes of all emotions," said Richard Hadwen of the quartet.

"The view of Downhill Beach through the window together with our take on The Bends – a complete experience that will be the highlight of our whole year!"

Having performed all over the world, Arco String Quartet has gained a fine reputation for providing a level of performance, presentation and service that is second-to-none.

This August, experience an evening like no other when this sensational group performs an unforgettable rendition of 'The Bends' at this awe-inspiring venue.

1995's 'The Bends' is the second studio album by English group Radiohead and frequently named one of the greatest records of all time.
