Awaken your Giant Spirit

  1. All Events
Plan ahead - check out the full list of events happening in the Causeway Coast and Glens over the coming months
  2. A group of people building a raft with a female character in a costume
The Rathlin Sound Maritime Festival celebrates Ballycastle and Rathlin Island's maritime heritage in a ten day festival from 26th May - 4th June. An exciting annual celebration centred on Rathlin Sound, the body of water between Rathlin Island and Ballycastle in the spectacular Causeway Coast and Glens area.
    1. Crowds line the street in the Diamond
Ireland's oldest fair returns to the beautiful seaside resort of Ballycastle for another year of trading, bargaining and programme packed with entertainment!
      1. 26 Aug 202329 Aug 2023
    2. A cookery demonstration with a male chef showing salmon and a woman commentating to the crowd
The Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival has the recipe for success with plenty of fresh local produce, cookery demonstrations, whiskey tastings at the Distillery, Naturally North Coast and Glens Market Artisan Market, and the Salmon Station, as well as plenty of live music and dance performances throughout the weekend.
      1. 6 Oct 20238 Oct 2023
    3. Food & Drink Events
The Causeway Coast and Glens is fast building a reputation for its food and drink. And our chefs and artisan producers know how to showcase all. Time your break to coincide with one of our festivals. Sample it for yourself. One taste and you’ll know why everybody’s so excited.
    4. Family Events
You’ll be pleased to hear we know how to keep kids entertained. ‘We’re bored’ is not something you’ll hear when you holiday in the Causeway Coast and Glens. Watch out for pirates, enjoy all the fun of the Lammas Fair and be dazzled by fireworks at your favourite seaside resort.
    5. Arts & Theatre Events
Don’t you just love live performances? They’re so uplifting. From music and dance, to comedy and tragedy you’ll be enthralled by the talent on show in the Causeway Coast and Glens. And it’s not all indoors, during the summer months we like to keep your entertained with some street theatre.
    6. Music Events
Winter, spring, summer or fall, you’ll find someone playing a tune in the Causeway Coast and Glens. Look out for pub based sessions and seaside stages, festivals in the fields and songs on the prom. And if your musical tastes are a bit more formal, we can do that too.
