Ballycastle on the beautiful North Antrim Coast

A Little haven of tranquillity, peaceful and delightful. Stunning views of the North Antrim Coast. "To take your breath away". Or as the song says "it will steal your heart away". A small rural town steeped in history with the battle of Glentaisie, Dated 1565. Ballycastle has been a meeting place for centuries for highlanders and islanders who all came to trade.

Today it is a bright and sunny spot on the North Antrim Coast, where the people are friendly and the 'craic' is good. Great fayre can be found in the many good restaurants and pubs and cafés all excellent and reasonably priced. Bookings may be advised in High Season as Ballycastle is a beautiful and popular place to visit, with beautiful beaches and fantastic walks, lots of sightseeing and marvellous views, so keep your camera fully charged as around the corner there's always something to photograph.

I Hope you will enjoy a pleasant stay in "Our Beautiful Ballycastle". Wishing you all a happy and pleasant journey in and around the Emerald Isle.
