About

Family owned business operating from 2007 and located within 5 minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants.
We have three en-suite rooms with flat screen TVs, excellent WiFi and guests can enjoy 50" Sky television in the lounge.
We also have a small kitchenette ideal for tea/coffee making.
All rooms are situated on the ground floor with hairdryer and ironing facilities. One of our rooms is a studio apartment separate from the main building with a private entrance.
All guests have access to private off street parking.
Ken-Mar House is certified by the N.I. Tourist Board and has been awarded a certificate of excellence by Trip Advisor since 2011.
