Dunluce Lodge invites you to an exclusive dining experience celebrating the rich, seasonal abundance of our local landscape.

Rooted in a year-round commitment to showcasing and supporting local producers, Dunluce Lodge’s Executive Chef Stephen Holland, is joining forces with the legendary Paula McIntyre MBE to design and execute a bespoke, high-end menu. Together, these master chefs will shine a spotlight on the finest ingredients from the acclaimed Taste Causeway network, transforming exceptional local produce into world-class dishes.

Set against the luxurious backdrop of the Causeway Coast’s premier five-star hotel, this exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to taste the  definitive flavours of our region, refined to perfection.

The overnight package includes:

• Complimentary welcome refreshment on arrival
• Four course evening meal served in Bailiu Restaurant
• One night stay in a luxurious suite
• Full Irish Breakfast
• Access to The Spa to include steam room and gym
• The Larder at Dunluce, a curated collection of the North Coast’s finest flavours, including snacks and beverages, selection of soft drinks and  bottled water.
