Learn the secrets behind cultivating and caring for a healthy sourdough starter, mastering fermentation, and shaping a beautiful loaf ready to bake at home. As you bake, relax and savour a warm Bistro welcome with a delicious artisan breadboard featuring our own freshly baked sourdough, served with local dips, accompanied by a glass of Cava.
