About

The Giant’s Pantry is a unique tasting experience celebrating the incredible produce, makers, and flavours of the Causeway Coast.

The concept centres around taking local ingredients that might traditionally be found in a pantry and showcasing them through thoughtfully created cocktails and food pairings.

In partnership with Paula McIntyre, guests will enjoy an evening featuring:
• Five bespoke cocktails inspired by local ingredients and seasonal produce
• Stories behind the producers, makers, and ingredients featured throughout the night.
• Carefully curated snack pairings designed to complement each serve
• An immersive journey through the flavours and heritage of the Causeway Coast

5 Cocktails. 5 Producers. 5 Pairings.

Cost £30pp.
